Come out for a week and train on one of the nicest tennis facilities in the country!

University of Arkansas Head Men's Coach Robert Cox will direct this adidas camp. Coach Cox, entering his 20th season with the Razorbacks, is one of the premier coaches in the country; ranking in the top 20 among active coaches in all-time wins and first all-time at Arkansas. He is coming off a very successful three year stretch where he was twice named as the Central Region Coach of the Year. During his coaching tenure he has developed 33 All-Americans, 23 All-SEC performers and has guided UA to the NCAA Tournament in 9 of the past 13 seasons; consistently having his teams ranked among the top 30 nationally. Coach Cox considers his most impressive accomplishment that 100% of his athletes who have completed their eligibility have earned their college degrees.

Before coming to Arkansas, Robert coached at Tyler Junior College in Texas. In a short time span he led both the men's and women's teams to a NJCAA National Championship and was named the NJCAA National Coach of the Year on two separate occasions. As a player he was an All-American himself at Tyler, before coming to finish out his career at Arkansas, where he helped the team to a 48-10 record.

Upon graduating from Arkansas, Robert spent two years on the ATP tour. He has been a member of the USPTA for the past 25 years and is also on the ITA National Ranking Committee.

Evening Activities at camp will include:

  • Movie Night
  • Pizza Party
  • Talent Show

Campers will train at the varsity tennis complex, and also use the Dills Indoor Tennis Center.
