Different Types of Summer Tennis Camps

Summer Tennis Camps

It can sometimes be a little overwhelming to find tennis camps to attend this summer. Not only are there already tons of different ones out there, but there’s also many different variations within each.

Here at adidas Tennis Camps, we want to make the information gathering and registration process as simple as possible. After all, this whole experience is supposed to be fun and we don’t want you to lose sight of that for a minute.

With that in mind, here are the different kinds of tennis camps you may see on our website when searching around for the perfect one:

Overnight Tennis Camps

If you’re cool with being away from home for a few days, this kind of camp is the one that offers the full experience! Room and board is included, along with a week’s worth of tennis training and evening activities.

Some of the evening activities may include an extra charge. All that information will be included in the confirmation packet you’ll get after registering for a camp, so there will be no surprises.

Extended Day Tennis Camps

This option is available for campers who want to get the most out of their tennis camp experience, but would prefer to head home to their own bed at night instead. The fee for this camp includes lunch and dinner, so there’s no need to bring a bunch of food for the day – just eat a hearty breakfast and come to camp ready to rock!

Day Tennis Camps

Don’t have time to spend an extended day with us? We also have an option that just includes our top-notch tennis instruction from some of the game’s best coaches. The fee also includes lunch in this case, so the same thing applies from above – just eat a good breakfast, come ready to rock and we’ll take care of the rest!

adidas Tennis Tournament Training

If you’re an advanced junior tennis player, this is a cool opportunity to become a better match player, while also improving tournament results. Players in any age group can benefit from these intense sessions by training with other motivated peers and competing in a fun, constructive and well-organized setting.

Every camp is subject to be a little different, but typical check-in times for overnight campers range from 1-2pm, and extended day campers can check-in at 1:30. When camp is over and it’s time to check out, we typically have campers on their way home by 12pm.

There is also no need to worry about supervision for any of the overnight tennis camp options. As mentioned before, campers will have dorm room accommodations on campus and eat all meals in the dining hall. Our staff lives in the dorms with campers and chaperones all off-court/evening activities.

Hopefully this clears up some of your biggest questions! Be sure to check out our Frequently Asked Questions page and if you still can’t find an answer there, just ask us! We’re happy to help.
