Here Are the Best Tennis Camps for 2021

The best way to elevate your tennis skills is to join us at an adidas Tennis Camp this summer. We’ve been doing this for a while and know how to create the perfect kind of experience that’ll help your child walk away with concrete feedback on how to get better and keep improving, but they’ll also want to come back the following summer and do it all over again.

We know that to enjoy the ultimate tennis camp experience, players need to be afforded a safe and fun environment to learn and grow throughout the duration of camp. With the havoc COVID-19 has created on every-day life — including youth sports — the concept of “safe and fun” has been redefined. We know how difficult the past year has been, especially for kids who have dealt with at least some level of remote learning throughout the duration of the school year. Taking the necessary health and safety precautions outlined by the CDC and any state/local governments to provide tennis players a camp experience that feels at least sort of normal was a no-brainer for us. Even if it’s a short period of time, we’re happy to help kids forget about all the weirdness of the past year and just focus on being a kid and enjoying tennis.

Improving on the court is the main goal of every adidas Tennis Camp, but it goes beyond that, too. We bring in some of the game’s top coaches from around the country to not only provide top-tier training but also stress the importance of being a good person. Having coaches and directors be Double-Goal Certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance displays exactly how important it is to our staff to provide both field hockey and life lessons along the way.

Our campers will learn plenty of different tips and tricks to improve their game while they’re with us. It’ll be easy to improve because each tennis summer camp includes 30 hours of instruction, which also includes plenty of one-on-one time. And once they’ve completed tennis camp, we know they’ll be going home with an improved serve, a better swing, and the type of mindset that’ll help them conquer the non-physical aspects of the game.

If you’re a tennis player and live somewhere in the northeast, then this post is for you. Take the first step toward having the type of summer camp experience you’ll want to continue having each summer after this upcoming one. We’ll specifically be looking at tennis camps offered in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, along with what exactly is offered at each location.

Connecticut

There are three different locations offering tennis camps in Connecticut this summer, with a ton of different options with regard to dates. There will be day and half-day camp options in both Fairfield and Wallingford, starting from June 21st and going through the middle of August. There is also an option for day, extended day, or overnight camps in Avon throughout the month of July.

Massachusetts

The great state of Massachusetts only has two different locations available for summer tennis camp in 2021, but there are a good amount of options within those locations. West Roxbury is more limited, as there are day and half-day options between July 27th and July 29th. In Oak Bluffs, though, there are half-day camps that last about four days in total. There are 10 different date ranges to choose from, starting in the middle of June and going until the end of August.

New Jersey

The only New Jersey location for tennis camp this summer is in Mahwah, which will be holding day and half-day camps. There are seven different options from the perspective of dates, ranging from the end of June to the middle of August.

Pennsylvania

While it could change, there is currently just one Pennsylvania location ready to roll in 2021, and that’s in Swarthmore. From July 26th-29th and August 1st-6th, there will be day, half-day, and overnight camps offered to those interested.
